About The Training

Our 16-hour in-person training is designed for those eager to share yoga and mindfulness with children aged 5-12. Beyond poses, it enhances your skills in connecting with children, fostering their physical, mental, and emotional well-being. At Breathe and Learn, we see yoga as a tool to impart essential life skills, sowing the seeds for a lifelong journey of health and wellness.
